Week 1: Basic Swing, Beginner pattern. Change of Places and Hip Bump
 
Swing hips, side to side - use knees, moving to chasse
Rock step with hip swing (unlike Cha Cha rock step or chasse)
 
Note: "left"/"right" below are relative to lead, normal opposite for follow
 
1) Basic Step
(Rock Step on left foot, Chasse left, Chasse right.)
